Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to the Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan. By subscribing, you agree to abide by these terms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for the Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan, you must be a registered car owner or legal guardian in Kenya.
  • Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Gift vouchers are also available.
  • Cars registered on the plan must match the information provided at registration.
  • Subscriptions are not transferable and only one car per subscription can be registered.

Subscription Plans:

  • Subscription packages include Sedan and SUV monthly plan. Each package is priced according to its features and inclusions.
  • Subscribers may choose their desired package at the time of sign-up.

Payment:

  • Payments can be made through the designated payment channels as specified during the sign-up process.
  • The Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan operates on a monthly billing cycle. Subscription payments will be charged at the beginning of each month or at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

  • Subscribers may request a refund within 48 hours of their initial subscription if they subscribed in error or experienced technical issues.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include the subscriber’s name, email, and reason for the refund request.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the subscriber will receive the amount paid minus any transaction fees or charges.

Cancellations:

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by clicking on the cancellation button under the Manage Subscriptions tab.

Partial Refunds:

  • In the event of a subscription cancellation, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining unused days of the current billing cycle.
  • The refund amount will be calculated as follows: (Total subscription fee for the month) – (daily rate * number of unused days).
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time-frame, and the subscriber will receive the amount minus any transaction fees or charges.

Changes and Updates:

  • Indigo Distribution Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email and through the website. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to review the updated terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of Kenya.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming an Indigo Car Care Club Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Gift Card Redemption

  • Redeemable For: This gift card is redeemable for detailing services and/or monthly membership fees for the Indigo Car Care Club. It can be used as full or partial payment for any service provided by Indigo Car Care.
  • No Cash Value: This gift card is not a credit or debit card and cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or credit unless required by law.
  • Non-Refundable: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Transferability: This gift card is fully transferable. The bearer of the card is deemed the rightful owner.

2. Gift Card Use and Management

  • Treat as Cash: Please treat this gift card like cash. Indigo Car Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for any unauthorized use. It will not be replaced.
  • Balance: To check your gift card balance, please visit the designated section on our website or contact our customer service team with your card number.
  • Exceeding Card Value: If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another valid payment method.
  • Cannot be Used to Purchase Other Gift Cards: This gift card cannot be used to purchase additional Indigo Car Care Club gift cards.

3. Expiry and Fees

  • Expiry Date: This gift card expires One (1) year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the back of the physical card or included in the gift email for digital cards.
  • Dormancy/Inactivity Fees: No dormancy, inactivity, or service fees will be charged on this gift card. The full value of the card is available until the expiry date.

4. Purchase Conditions

  • Gift Card Delivery: Physical gift cards will be delivered to the specified mailing address. Digital gift cards will be sent to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase. Indigo Car Care is not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect email or mailing address provided by the purchaser.
  • Promotional Purchases: The purchase of a gift card is not eligible for any promotional discounts or loyalty program rewards.

5. General

  • Changes to Terms: Indigo Car Care reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Indigo Car Care is headquartered.

By purchasing or using these gift cards, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
